STEAM Summer Camp Be An Architect (in person) - August 15-19
Do you have dreams of designing your own house, building or space centre? The sky is the limit in this amazing in person camp where you get to design your own dream structure.
Meet us at the STEAM Education Centre (745 Talbot St, St Thomas) to explore architects of past and present and to learn how to make your own blue prints using Sun printing techniques and online technology. You will also get to make your own scale character from shrink plastic! Learn what inspires architects to design their exterior and interior spaces and make your very own building model.
This camp is a recommended for ages 10-14.
Please note there will be breaks for lunch but lunch is not included. Please adhere to allergy food preparation practices (eg sending items with no nut by-products) and please advise if you have any allergies so that we can alert the other campers. I
Note all Covid protocols according to provincial guidelines at time of camp start will be followed for the duration of the camp. In addition at this time we ask that masks are worn by both staff and participants when 6ft distance cannot be adhered to.
